Optimal results:
We (the owner’s of the dog(s) listed above) understand that Orlando Dog Whisperer and Mariah Hinds will get results in changing our dog’s behavior. However, there are things that we as owners can do to achieve results faster with lasting results.
1. We understand that behavior is not stagnant and dogs are constantly discovering what behavior will elicit a desirable response in their minds.
2. Orlando Dog Whisperer’s training programs are very interactive. If the trainer is thoroughly informed about what behaviors my dog is struggling with, the more efficient the trainer is able to be.
3. We understand that consistency is a very important aspect of dog training. The more consistent we are with implementing our house rules, the faster we will see lasting results.
4. We understand that homework will be given from Orlando Dog Whisperer to implement into our daily lives (a minimum of 5 minutes per day) and the more effective we are at implementing these skills into our daily lives, the faster our dog’s behavior will change into desirable behavior.
5. Orlando Dog Whisperer provides reading homework on a weekly basis. We understand that if we take advantage of the written resources, we are likely to get quicker results.
6. We understand that if we are justifying our dog’s undesirable behaviors with human logic or because the behavior is cute or a typical puppy behavior, it will take much longer for our dog to understand that this behavior is unwanted.
Pricing:
Consultation fee: $75 Amount due for services rendered today.
Cost of 1 pay as you go lesson: $80
Package of 4 lessons for $280. (4 hours of training.)
· Or bootcamp: 3 hours of training, 3 days a week. First and second week of training is $210 per week. Following weeks are $180 per week. 3 weeks of training is recommended and the total cost is $600 (9 hours of training).
I agree to pay for services rendered. I acknowledge the costs associated with training my dog and I understand that these prices are valid for 6 months from the date noted below. If I decide to proceed with bootcamp training, I agree to the terms of use listed below.
Terms of use for Bootcamp training:
· I have agreed to proceed with bootcamp training for my dog(s). I understand that payment for the bootcamp program is broken into weekly installments and payment is due the first day of training each week.
· Orlando Dog Whisperer adheres to a 72-hour cancellation policy for bootcamp appointments (when the owner does not have to be present). I understand that if I cancel less than 72 hours from the scheduled bootcamp training appointment that I will be responsible for the $30 rescheduling fee. Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, I will be responsible for payment for the lesson.
Liability release and cancellation policy:
· I release Mariah Hinds, Orlando Dog Whisperer and all employees of Orlando Dog Whisperer of any liability which may result from the behavior of my pet while being handled by the owner. I take full responsibility of my pet’s behavior at all times. If Mariah Hinds or any human or canine is injured, I agree to pay all medical costs after Traveler’s insurance claim.
· I understand that I am responsible for payment at time services are rendered. Orlando Dog Whisperer adheres to a 24-hour cancellation policy for appointments that the owner must be present. I understand that if I cancel less than 24 hours from my appointment time that I will be responsible for payment.
· Orlando Dog Whisperer does not offer refunds for training sessions that have been completed. Training sessions cannot be refunded or transferred to a new owner of the dog. Training sessions expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
